I. GENERAL CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online shop available at sklep.adegis.com, operated by ADEGIS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością - Spółka komandytowa, having its registered office in Wodzisław Śląski (44-300), ul. Marklowickiej 21D, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs - National Court Register kept by the District Court in Gliwice, X Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000538610, (hereinafter referred to as ADEGIS) as a professional entrepreneur in the field of diagnostics, repair and sale of industrial automation components. The Terms and Conditions of the online shop sklep.adegis.com (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") define the general conditions, basic principles and manner of cooperation between the Parties in selling products and providing services by ADEGIS, as well as the rules of operation of the website sklep.adegis.com. In particular, the Regulations define the rules for:
1. Sale of new surplus, reconditioned, used and damaged products,
2. Selling products according to the offered ADEGIS Exchange Service,
3. Providing maintenance services on behalf of the Customer,
4. Perform other services for the customer.
Information published on the website sklep.adegis.com does not constitute an offer in the sense of the Civil Code, but only an invitation to place an order.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By placing an order, the Client acknowledges that the Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the contract concluded with ADEGIS, and to this extent the Parties exclude the application of any provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale or Services applicable to the Client.
The Customer can use the website of the Shop and place orders in Polish and English language.

II. DEFINITIONS

ADEGIS - means ADEGIS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością - Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Wodzisław Śląski, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs - the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Gliwice, X Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000538610.

Order Form - a function available on the website of the Shop, through which the Customer can purchase goods or services and specify some of the terms of the Purchase agreement.

Customer - a natural person, a legal entity or an unincorporated organizational unit with legal capacity granted by law, who conducts business and concludes an agreement with ADEGIS through the Store.

Consumer - a natural or legal person who concludes a contract directly related to his/her business activity, unless the contract is of a professional nature for him/her.

Regulations - these Terms and Conditions.

Store - an online store operating at shop.adegis.com and sklep.adegis.com, selling goods and services via the Internet.

Store Website - means the web pages on which ADEGIS operates the online store, operating under the domain shop.adegis.com and sklep.adegis.com.

Contract - a contract for the sale of goods or services concluded remotely through the Store..

III. RULES OF USE OF THE INTERNET SHOP

The Internet shop is made available by ADEGIS through the Internet network and the Shop website located at shop.adegis.com and sklep.adegis.com.
The use of the website shop.adegis.com requires:
1. Provision by the Customer of a device allowing access to the Internet together with software - an Internet browser,
2. provision by the Customer of access to the Internet via any telecommunication connection.
The purchase of a product does not require registration in the Store.
The information provided on the web pages of the Store, including information about the presented products, in particular their descriptions, technical and usage parameters and prices, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.
Placing an Order is carried out using the Order Form, available on the Store's website.
Each Customer placing an Order agrees to receive information related to the progress of the transaction and notifications of changes to these Regulations to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
In order to ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided on the Site, the Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of security threat to the services provided, in particular, measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted over the Internet.
ADEGIS makes every effort to ensure the proper and undisturbed operation of the Store, but in case of any irregularities, please report them to the e-mail address: tomasz.palka@adegis.com.
ADEGIS reserves the possibility of the occurrence of interruptions in the operation of the Store's website, which are related to the necessity of carrying out work related to maintenance, updating or repair of the Store's failure, necessary for the proper operation of the Store.

IV. PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING A CONTRACT OF SALE

In order to place an Order, one must go to the website sklep.adegis.com, select a product by adding it to the shopping cart, and then take further technical actions based on the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the website. An Order placed is considered to be an offer to conclude a sales contract with ADEGIS. The offer is binding for 14 calendar days from the moment of placing the Order.
In the Order, the Customer is obliged to specify: his/her data, i.e. name, surname and address, and in the case of legal persons and natural persons conducting business activity also identifying data such as company, NIP, REGON, business activity registration number or KRS number, and indicate the subject of the Order.
A customer who is a natural person conducting business activity, for whom the concluded sales contract is not of a professional nature arising in particular from the subject of his business activity, should include the subject information during the process of placing the Order.
In the case of replacement service, the damaged item must be returned by the Customer to ADEGIS within 10 (ten) working days from the date of placing the Order. The damaged item must be repairable, which is subject to final evaluation by ADEGIS. Otherwise, ADEGIS will treat such Order as a Sales Order and will add an amount that is the difference between the value of the replacement service device and the value of the refurbished device. In the case of an exchange service, ADEGIS is not obliged to transfer the software from the device transferred by the customer to the device purchased by the customer.
ADEGIS confirms acceptance of the Order.
Confirmation of the Order by ADEGIS signifies the conclusion of a sales agreement between the parties under the terms and conditions set forth in the offer and the Terms and Conditions, which are an integral part of such agreement. The offer may be accepted only without reservations.
The term of execution of the Order is calculated from the date ADEGIS sends a confirmation of the transfer of the Order for execution, which will be sent no later than 1 day after the receipt of funds from the paid order or advance payment to ADEGIS' bank account. The term of execution of the Order specified in the offer is extended in case of circumstances beyond the control of ADEGIS, for the duration of their duration.
The customer may not withdraw from the contract or in any way evade its execution in case of an erroneous Order or Purchase Order. In the case of a sale, the return of goods is possible only with the prior written consent of ADEGIS. The goods shall be returned unused, in the original packaging In case of return of the goods, the Customer shall pay a handling fee of 15% of the price of the goods and the cost of retesting the device by ADEGIS, which depends on the value of the ordered goods and is as follows:

If the Customer sends back the goods without prior approval from ADEGIS, this does not relieve the Customer of the obligation to pay for the goods in accordance with the contract.

V. PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING A REPAIR CONTRACT

Information about the availability of the repair service of the device and its estimated price is given individually for each product and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code. ADEGIS stipulates that the quoted price of the service is an indicative price, the amount of which may change depending on the type and scope of the device repair.
In order to make a request for equipment repair, the Customer should visit the website sklep.adegis.com, select the service by adding it to the shopping cart, and then take further technical actions based on the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the website.
In the inquiry the Customer is obliged to specify: his/her data, i.e. name, surname and address, and in the case of legal persons and natural persons conducting business activity also identifying data such as company, NIP, REGON, number of entry in the register of business activity or KRS number type of goods with indication of detailed parameters and description of its purpose, description of noticed irregularities in the operation of the device. The Customer is also obliged to send ADEGIS the device to be repaired.
The Customer, who is a natural person engaged in business activity, and for whom the concluded purchase agreement is not of a professional nature, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, should include the relevant information in the request.
Each repair of the Customer's device is priced on the basis of a free expert opinion.
After the expertise, ADEGIS sends the Customer an offer to repair the device with an indication of the price for the service and the expected time of repair and delivery of the device to the Customer (this time depends on the availability of components), delivery costs. The Customer orders the repair of the device in writing. Ordering the repair of an appliance means the conclusion of an Order Agreement between the parties under the terms and conditions specified in the offer and the Terms and Conditions, which are an integral part of such agreement. The offer can only be accepted without reservations. The offer is binding for a period of 7 (seven) days. Delivery of the equipment by ADEGIS shall be made on INCOTERMS CPT terms.
If the Customer does not place an Order within the offer binding period, the Customer shall inform ADEGIS within the next 30 (thirty) calendar days whether the device is to be sent back to its address free of charge or whether ADEGIS is to dispose of the device at its own expense.
After the expiration of twelve (12) months, the Device shall be deemed abandoned by the Customer in accordance with Article 180 of the Civil Code, which shall entitle ADEGIS to dispose of the Device. The Customer shall have no claims against ADEGIS.
If, due to extraordinary circumstances that could not have been foreseen during the examination, it turns out that repair is not possible due to reasons inherent in the device, ADEGIS will immediately inform the Customer. The Customer is obliged to inform ADEGIS within the following 30 (thirty) calendar days whether the device is to be sent back to its address free of charge or whether ADEGIS is to dispose of it at its own expense. The provisions of paragraph 6 above shall apply accordingly.
In case of ineffective expiration of the terms specified in paragraphs 5 and 7, a fee of PLN 50 net will be charged for each day of further storage of the goods.
ADEGIS is not responsible for the loss of parameters of the device during repair, nor for the data placed on the data carriers (SD cards, HDD, etc.).

VI. OTHER SERVICES

ADEGIS provides other types of services to Customers, such as training services, implementation services, on-site services, etc.
The Client submits a request to ADEGIS, which can be sent by mail, e-mail or fax. In the inquiry, the Client is obliged to specify its data, i.e. name, surname and address, and in the case of legal entities and natural persons conducting business activity, also identifying data such as company name, Tax identification Numer, business registration number or KRS number, and the subject of the service covered by the inquiry, together with the specification of all data known to the Client concerning it. In response to the inquiry, ADEGIS shall send the Client an offer containing the price for the performance of the service and other essential elements thereof, in particular the scope, duration and location of the service. The offer shall be binding on the parties for a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of its delivery to the Client.
If the Customer is a natural person who is engaged in a business activity and for whom the concluded purchase contract is not of a professional nature, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, the Customer shall provide the relevant information in the process of submitting an offer.
The contract for the provision of services is concluded when the Customer accepts the offer, which can be done by post, e-mail or fax. The offer can only be accepted unconditionally.
Payment for the services is due in full, without the possibility of installments, deductions, counterclaims or retention of any part, and in the currency specified in the ADEGIS offer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the invoice, except for paragraph 6.
In case of commencing cooperation with a new Client, ADEGIS reserves the right to make the commencement of the order dependent on the payment of an advance in the amount of 50% of the value of the service. The commencement of the performance of the service shall take place not later than 1 day after the receipt of the amount on the bank account of ADEGIS. The Customer will be informed about the necessity of the advance payment at the time of placing the order.
ADEGIS shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss of profit, loss of contacts, increase in costs, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of data, or for any other possible or indirect damage suffered by the Customer.
The Client shall not be entitled to withhold payment for the services rendered by ADEGIS in the event of a claim for improper performance of the services.

VII. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

The prices of goods are given in Polish Zloty, Euro and American Dollar and exclude VAT (include VAT amount in the checkout process). The price of the goods does not include the cost of delivery and any customs duties.
In case of any discrepancy between the price indicated on the website of the store and the price indicated by ADEGIS in response to the Customer's order, the price indicated by ADEGIS in response to the Customer's order shall be binding.
Payment for the goods shall be made in full, without the possibility of installments, deductions, recourse or retention of any part, and in the currency specified in the ADEGIS offer.
Payment for the repair or service shall be made in full, without the possibility of deduction, recourse or retention of any part, and in the currency included in the ADEGIS offer, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the invoice.
If the offer is made in a foreign currency, the value of the invoice can be converted into Polish zloty according to the exchange rate of that currency in ING Bank at the selling rate published in the non-cash table (https://www.ing.pl/kursy-walut) on the date of the invoice.
ADEGIS allows the client to make payments by:
1. Traditional bank transfer with the possibility of advance payment, which allows payment in Polish Zloty or in Euro. The execution of the order will start not later than 1 working day after the money is received on the bank account of ADEGIS,
2. Deferred payment term (so called "trade credit") available for regular customers who have a positive purchase history in the Store,
3. iMoje electronic payment, which enables payment in Polish zloty and euro, using electronic (instant) and traditional transfer, BLIK mobile payment, VISA and Mastercard, "iMoje pay later" option,
4. Paypal, which allows payment in currencies available on the site.

Information about available payment methods will be provided to the Customer during the ordering process.
Whenever ADEGIS is informed about a reduction in the price of a good or service (promotional price information), ADEGIS will provide information about the lowest price of the good or service during the 30 days prior to the reduction, in addition to the information about the reduced price. In the case of goods or services offered for sale for less than 30 days, ADEGIS will provide, in addition to information about the reduced price, information about the lowest price for a particular good or service that was in effect during the period from the date it was offered for sale until the date the reduction was introduced.

VIII. DELIVERY

Sales are made by mail order with delivery by courier or shipping company. Delivery to the customer is made under the terms of INCOTERMS CPT.
ADEGIS makes deliveries to the address indicated by the Customer using third party companies:
1. UPS courier company - for small consignments with a maximum weight of 70kg and with a maximum length of 274cm, 400cm in length including girth,
2. RABEN shipping company - for shipments delivered on a pallet.

Information on available shipping methods will be made available to the customer during the ordering process.

If the goods are delivered by a specialized carrier, the Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and its contents. In the event of any shortage or damage in transit, the Customer is obliged to make the appropriate reservations on the bill of lading, on pain of forfeiture of his rights.
The order can be personally collected by the customer at the ADEGIS office on working days from 7:00 to 15:00.
The customer will be charged for the delivery costs according to the size of the shipment and the price list of the delivery company.

IX. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, a Customer who is a Consumer may withdraw from a sales agreement concluded at a distance or off-premises without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, and in the case of an agreement concluded during an unscheduled visit to the Consumer's place of residence or usual residence or tour - within 30 days.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the Contract, it is necessary to send unequivocal statements of withdrawal from the Contract in writing to ADEGIS or by e-mail to sklep@adegis.com.
In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that the information concerning the exercise of the Customer's right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the deadline indicated in point 1.
In order to withdraw from the Contract, the Customer may use the Model statement of withdrawal from the Contract provided at the end of the Terms and Conditions.
In the event of effective withdrawal from the Agreement, it is considered not concluded. The Customer should immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of making the statement of withdrawal from the Agreement, send the goods to the address 21D Marklowicka Street, 44-300 Wodzisław Śląski, and include in the name of the recipient the information “Adegis- return of goods”.
The goods should be returned in an undamaged condition, bearing no traces of use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The Customer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods, including that resulting from the use of the goods in the manner specified in the preceding sentence.
The goods returned by the Client should be packed appropriately, ensuring that the shipment is not damaged during transportation.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by ADEGIS up to the amount of the cheapest ordinary means of delivery offered by ADEGIS. Costs exceeding this amount shall be borne by the Customer on its own.
ADEGIS will refund the payment no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Customer's sent statement of withdrawal from the contract. If ADEGIS does not offer to collect the goods from the Customer, it is allowed to withhold the refund until it receives the returned goods or the Customer presents proof of their return, whichever event occurs first.
Refund of payments will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

X. WARRANTY

ADEGIS reserves the right to provide a warranty for selected goods. Information about the guarantee and its duration will be individually marked in the case of specific goods. The warranty period runs from the date of delivery of the goods to the Customer. At the same time, the Parties exclude the application of Article 581 of the Civil Code. ADEGIS's liability under the warranty applies to the obligation to repair or replace the goods, the choice in this regard being at the discretion of ADEGIS. During the warranty period, the Customer is not entitled to make any repairs, alterations to the sold goods, whether by himself or by third parties, under pain of losing warranty rights.
In order to exercise the warranty rights described in Section 1, the Customer is obliged to notify ADEGIS of the discovery of a defect by means of a written warranty complaint within 7 (seven) days from the date the defect became apparent, indicating: the type of goods to which the defect relates, the invoice number, the type of installation in which the product was installed, the defect and the circumstances of its occurrence. The Customer is obliged to send the defective goods to the address of ADEGIS. The goods should be complete, in the original packaging, protecting them from damage. In case of lack of or improper packaging, the risk of damage to the goods during transport shall be borne by the Customer.
Upon receipt of the notice of defect and receipt of the defective goods, ADEGIS will consider the warranty claim within 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of the goods, unless an expert examination is necessary. Then the warranty claim will be processed within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the existence of a defect covered by the warranty responsibility is established, ADEGIS will decide either to repair the goods at its own expense, or to replace the goods with a working one, or to issue a corrective invoice with simultaneous retention of the defective goods and refund of the price paid by the Customer. The decision in this regard is made solely by ADEGIS. If the reported warranty complaint is not accepted, ADEGIS will send the goods back to the Customer at the Customer's expense and charge the Customer with an invoice including the costs of, for example, expertise, materials, transportation.
If the Customer uses the repair services, ADEGIS provides a 12-month (twelve-month) warranty for the entire device; any change to this term is possible only by individual written agreement. The warranty period runs from the date of delivery of the repaired device to the Customer. At the same time, the Parties exclude the application of Article 581 of the Civil Code. ADEGIS's liability under the warranty is limited to the repair. The provisions of points 3 -5 shall apply accordingly.
In order to exercise the rights under the warranty described in Section 4, the Customer is obliged to notify ADEGIS of the discovery of the defect in a written warranty complaint within 5 (five) days from the date of the discovery of the defect, indicating: the type of device to which the defect applies, the invoice number, the defect and the circumstances of its occurrence. The customer is obliged to send the defective device to ADEGIS' address within 7 days from the date of written notice. If the existence of a defect covered by the warranty responsibility is established, ADEGIS shall decide either to repair it at its own expense, or to issue a corrective invoice and refund the price paid by the Customer. The decision in this regard is made solely by ADEGIS. If the reported warranty complaint is not accepted, ADEGIS will send the goods back to the Customer at the Customer's expense and charge the Customer with an invoice including the costs of, for example, expertise, materials, transportation.
Upon receipt of the notice of defect and receipt of the defective device, ADEGIS will consider the warranty complaint within 21 days of receipt of the device, unless an expert examination is necessary. If the existence of a defect covered by the warranty responsibility is established, ADEGIS will decide to carry out the repair at its own expense. If the reported warranty complaint is not accepted, ADEGIS will send the device back to the Customer at the Customer's expense and charge the Customer with an invoice covering the costs of e.g. expertise, materials, transportation.
The warranty does not cover:

mechanical damage and defects caused by them,
damages resulting from improper operation, maintenance, assembly, installation, protection during transport,
damages caused by failure to observe common operating rules, and any other damage caused by the fault or ignorance of the user,
problems of cooperation of products with third-party equipment and software,
the action of external factors, such as chemical or electrical factors (e.g. surges, action of strong magnetic or electromagnetic fields), and other circumstances beyond the control of ADEGIS.

The warranty does not cover consumables (rechargeable batteries, batteries, etc.), subject to natural wear and tear due to operation.
The customer loses warranty rights if:

making attempts to repair or alterations undertaken on his own, whether by himself or with the participation of third parties,
Damage to the warranty seal or other security applied by ADEGIS,
violation of the deadline for notification of a defect indicated in Section 2 and other conditions specified in this Section.

The Parties exclude liability under the warranty rules to Customers who are not Consumers.
ADEGIS shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss of profits, loss of contacts, increase in costs, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of data, or for any damage possibly or indirectly occurring to the Customer.
Submitting a warranty claim does not entitle the Customer to withhold payment for goods delivered or repairs made.

XI. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS POLICY

1. The Customer may not withdraw from the contract or in any way evade its execution in case of an erroneous Order or Purchase Order. In the case of a sale, the return of goods is possible only with the prior written consent of ADEGIS. The goods shall be returned unused, in the original packaging In case of return of the goods, the Customer shall pay a handling fee of 15% of the price of the goods and the cost of retesting the device by ADEGIS, which depends on the value of the ordered goods and is as follows:

  If the Customer sends back the goods without prior approval from ADEGIS, this does not relieve the Customer of the obligation to pay for the goods in accordance with the contract.
If the goods received do not comply with the contract, the Customer who is a Consumer may exercise, at his/her choice, his/her rights from ADEGIS under the warranty or his/her rights under the guarantee.
ADEGIS shall be liable to the Consumer Customer under the warranty if the sold goods have a physical or legal defect, whereby:
1. a physical defect is understood as non-compliance of the goods with the sales contract, in particular, if the goods:
  1. does not have the properties that goods of this type should have due to the purpose specified in the contract of sale or resulting from the circumstances or purpose,
  2. does not have the properties, the existence of which the seller assured the Customer,
  3. has been delivered to the Customer in an incomplete state.
2. A legal defect is understood as non-compliance of the goods with the contract of sale, in particular, if the goods:
  1. is the property of a third party,
  2. is encumbered by the right of a third party,
  3. restriction on the use or disposal of the goods results from a decision or ruling of a competent authority.
A defect or damage to the goods, of which the customer was informed before making the purchase and agreed to send the goods in such a condition, shall not be considered a physical defect.
If the goods are found to be inconsistent with the contract, the Customer who is a Consumer has the right to file a complaint with the Store. The complaint may be submitted: in person, by telephone, by registered mail or by e-mail to: sklep@adegis.comUprawnienie the Customer who is a Consumer has the right to submit a complaint within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the goods. In this case, the Client may send the goods back by economy mail to ADEGIS address: 21D Marklowicka Street, 44-300 Wodzisław Śląski. Along with the sent goods, the Customer should attach a proof of purchase confirming the purchase from ADEGIS.
The complaint should contain at least the name and surname of the Customer and e-mail address used by the Customer when placing the order, specification of the goods that are being complained about and a description of the reported objections along with the Customer's request related to the complaint. A complaint submitted in writing should also include the Customer's mailing address. If the aforementioned data is missing, ADEGIS may ask the Customer to supplement the aforementioned data.
When filing a complaint, a Customer who is a Consumer may demand:
1. repair of the goods;
2. replacement of the goods with goods free of defects;
3. price reduction;
4. withdraw from the contract - if the defect is significant.
A Customer who is a Consumer should file a complaint within one year from the date of noticing the defect. However, the period for filing a complaint cannot end before the expiration of the two-year period of ADEGIS' liability for the sold goods.
ADEGIS shall, within 14 working days, respond to the complaint of the goods submitted by the Customer and notify the Customer of the further course of action.
ADEGIS shall not be liable for a physical defect of the goods arising in case of improper installation and/or commissioning of the goods, in case these actions were performed by the Buyer not following the content of the instructions received from ADEGIS
If the complaint is accepted, ADEGIS will reimburse the Customer for the costs of returning the advertised goods and cover the cost of re-shipping the goods to the Customer. The refund shall be made in accordance with the rules described in Part IX of the Terms and Conditions.
The Customer has the right to file a complaint related to the functioning of the service sklep.adegis.com within 7 days from the day on which the event giving rise to the complaint occurred. Complaints may be submitted to the e-mail address: tomasz.palka@adegis.com.
The complaint should include in its content: the name and surname or name of the Client, postal address, as well as a detailed description and reason for the complaint.
The complaint is considered by ADEGIS within no more than 14 days from the date of its effective submission. ADEGIS will promptly notify the submitting Client of the manner in which the complaint will be considered.

X. NEWSLETTER

Newsletter is a functionality of shop.adegis.com website.
The Newsletter serves to improve and facilitate the process of communication between ADEGIS and its Clients by sending selected information about products and services offered by ADEGIS to the e-mail address indicated by the Client upon registration.
Activation of the Newsletter service takes place by completing the form available at sklep.adegis.com and marking an appropriate consent to receive the content referred to in section 2 to the provided e-mail address of the Client.
Resignation from the Newsletter service is possible at any time and requires the use of the option enabling cancellation available in each Newsletter sent.

XI. CUSTOMER OPINIONS

The opinions presented on the Store's Website are collected and verified through external services.
In order to submit an opinion, the Customer may use the link sent via getreview.pl to the e-mail address he/she provides, which he/she receives after purchasing goods or services. The possibility to express opinions applies only to Customers who have finalized the purchase of goods or services in the Store.

XII. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The data collected by the programs described in Section 6 are collected using “cookies” technology and are never combined with the data provided to us by the Customer, being only material for statistical analysis and system error correction mechanisms. The Customer may block the placement of cookies on his/her device at any time by configuring his/her web browser accordingly. If cookies are blocked, ADEGIS cannot guarantee proper operation of the website.

XIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

In matters not regulated herein, the applicable provisions of Polish law, including the provisions of the Civil Code, shall apply.
Potential disputes related to the execution of agreements based on the Regulations will be resolved by the Court having jurisdiction over the seat of ADEGIS.
The Regulations in the present wording shall enter into force on 1.02.2023 and shall apply to agreements concluded from 1.02.2023.
ADEGIS reserves the right to amend these Regulations
